THE  WORLD OF ZAMPIVA

Lino Zampiva founded PASTELCERAMICA SnC in Montebello Vicentino, Italy, in 1976.
Mr. Zampiva graduated from the school of Arts and Crafts, where he learned how to make potter’s earth ductile and malleable. His passion for painting and sculptures led him to create the fabulous collection of figurines popular with collectors worldwide.

The world of Zampiva is a world of beautiful colours, humour, fun, beauty and fantasy. The Zampiva figurines consist of unique characteristics: each figurine is individually handcrafted, handpainted with particular care like this beautiful lady with green flowers figurine, for each detail by Lino Zampiva and his team of artists.

Process: Figurines are first sketched on paper, then created using a very soft kaolinite, followed by the drying process. After hand painting, figurines are then baked at a temperature of 950 degrees Celsius.

Sculptures that are painted with gold or have a pearl finish, are baked at 750 degrees Celsius.
